
Ingredients
For dough
6 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoon of sugar
30 gram of salt
50 gram of yeast (2packet of powder)
1kg of flour (pizza flour is better)
600ml of water(warm not hot)
100gram of flour
1st step
In small glass mix warm water(200ml) and yeast until melt the all the yeast (rest about 10minutes)
2nd step
In another glass put a little bit of water and salt. Make sure that salt is
dissolve in water
3rd step
In one big bowl put flour,water with yeast ,salt which are dissolve in water,sugar, oil and all water
4th step
Mix all ingredients until it becoms a douhg
(Rest in about 2 hours)
TIPS
IF YOUR DOUGH DOEST GET WELL ADD SOME WATER OR FLOUR
IF YOUR DOUGH IS LIKE LIQUIED ADD FLOUR
IF YOUR DOUGH LIKE PLOFFY ADD SOME WATER
REST OF THE WORK DIPEND ON YOU
So let look what we need
for pizza with mozzarella(my Favourite)

basiliko
origano
salt
mozzarella
1st step
Preheat the ovean up to 220c
2nd step
so lets get start with spread the dough for thin layer (if you like thin one you can make a thiner-like Italin)
let the air bubbles go through from the dough. And the shape of your pizza should be like round and like square
3rd step
put tomato source a thin layer after that spread some origaon,basilico and put it in owen about 10 minutes if you feel pizza dough is bit hard crespy you can put mozzarella(mozzarella need less few minutes like 2-3 minutes)
