How to make tiramisu
You need
5 Eggs
1 cup of sugar
16-18 oz of mascarpone cheese
1 tbs of brandy
biscuit of lady fingers
1 cup of coffe
cocoa for spread
Preparation
1step
Divide egg yorks and egg whites
2nd step
Beat the egg york with 1/2 cup of sugar and beat the egg white with 1/2 of sugar beat it well
3rd step
Mix all the mascarpone and 1tbs brandy with egg yorks after mixing all add egg whites also
So mix all together like in this picture
4th step
biscuit of lady sorb the caffe about in few seconds you'll need do it realy quickly (remember not to break the biscuit)
After that your main layers have done
In the top of biscuit you can put custurd mascarpone which we had done
If you like you can make 2 layers from each
After that you can spread some cocoa it will makes great
