So begining with a smal bun

You need
300-320 ml milk (warm 35c)
60gm sugar
1 packet of yeast (25gm one qube)
7gm of salt
50gm of butter melted
500gm of flour (flour for bread)
milk and one egg for washing the finished dough


lets get start
In a small cup put yeast and about 10gm of sugar and add about 50gm of milk after that melt all the ingredients rest about 10 minutes

2nd step
 After that add sugar and salt to the milk and mix it well

3rd step
In a bowl mix all ingredients , flour, yeast with milk, milk and butter melted

4th step
Make dough and work it with about 15 minutes use less floure on table and rest the dough for 2 hours in a glass bowl with a plastic cover (air should not enter )

5th step
Make a dough like a sausages and cut into small pieces like this picture and wash with milk and put it on to tray and rest on the tray about 30 minutes
When you put the small dough pieces on the tray you must leave some space for each one

6th step
Preheat the oven upto 220c (425f)
wisk a egg and give egg wash on the each bun
 and put it in oven about 20minutes


So we are done
